If you are unable to keep an individual or couples therapy appointment we require that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice. If prior notice is not given you will be charged the full rate of $140 for the session.  (Missed appointments cannot be billed to insurance companies.)

If you are scheduled for a private retreat therapy session we require a minimum of two weeks notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Shorter notice will result in being charged the full fee for the retreat therapy session.
