Rates
$140 per 50-minute session.
Insurance
Only Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance plans are accepted. Co-pays are to be paid at the time of the appointment.
If you do not have Blue Cross/Blue Shield, it is worth checking with your insurance carrier in the event that they reimburse for out of network providers. Services may be covered by an employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Payment
Cash, check and PayPal are accepted methods of payment. Bounced checks will result in a $25 processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not given 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
