Former Associates
Prior to January 2019, NSTA, founded and directed by me, was structured as a group practice. During the 8 years that NSTA operated as a center, I trained and supervised numerous clinicians, many of whom have gone on to establish solo, private practices. As an AASECT Approved Supervisor of Sex Therapy, I am also proud to feature contact information for several of my current supervisees. It is with pride and confidence that I introduce the following list as an additional referral resource in the Pioneer Valley clinical community and beyond!

More information about David Ettelman
The work of healing relationships can be very hard, but very possible. Shifting away from distance and conflict to take steps toward mutual connection and support can go against our very impulse for self-preservation. The problem with our attempts at getting what we want and need in relationship is that our hardwired solutions are ineffective and so often only serve to reinforce emotional gridlock. I have worked over the years with many individuals and couples to guide the (often counter-intuitive) process of finding a way through the gridlock. I support the work, not only of relational connection but also of the individual growth and skill required to get there. I have experience and interest in working with and holding safe space for, the diverse and beautiful array of how humans love each other.
